Role Description As a Product Value Specialist at Solventum, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. This role is responsible for promoting, training, and ensuring the proper implementation of Solventum solutions within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. It involves direct interaction with healthcare professionals to penetrate the market, drive product adoption, and ensure the correct use of products. The impact you will have in this role includes: - Conducting visits within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions to present and promote our products. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and purchasing staff. - Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. - Implementing account management by mapping physicians and procedures in assigned accounts. - Maximizing the potential of each account and ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and expectations. - Promoting the proper use and sale of Solventum solutions by effectively presenting different medical devices. - Highlighting benefits and technical features, demonstrating their use to healthcare professionals. - Supporting the Channel Leader in identifying key opportunities in tender events. - Driving the development of best practices by training and utilizing educational and marketing strategies. - Achieving product penetration within hospital operating rooms. - Leading customer product evaluations and conversions, including educational activities. - Working together with business partners to develop relationships with key customers/accounts. - Developing standardization protocols with hospitals for the use of our solutions. - Participating in local/regional seminars, trade shows, and conferences. - Gathering and sharing customer and competitor information. - Responding to customer needs/inquiries through 1:1 interactions with HCPs. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - Four years of experience in medical device, Medicine, Nursing, Health Sciences, Healthcare, or Marketing. - Expert clinical experience and updated knowledge of the operating room environment. - Solid understanding of medical products and technologies. - Knowledge of hospital supply management processes. - Strong focus on achieving results. - Public speaking and effective presentation skills. - Time and territory management. - Intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI. - Experience with Salesforce. - Customer orientation, problem-solving, adaptability to change, teamwork, oral expression, and assertive communication. Requirements - Work location: Remote-United States. - May include up to 70% domestic/international travel. - Must be legally authorized to work in the destination country without requiring a work visa sponsorship. The role As a SoFi Investment Specialist, you will work with existing SoFi members and new customers to help them build and improve their financial futures using SoFi’s suite of investment services. Role Description This Electrical Product Inspector position is responsible for performing inspections at manufacturing facilities to ensure that products are being manufactured in accordance with established standards and specifications created by Intertek. What you'll do: - Plan and conduct surveillance inspections in accordance with scheduling requirements. - Document manufacturer’s production and quality processes; review required production tests, including methods, equipment used and calibration of equipment. - Inspect ETL Listed products, subassemblies and components with respect to the Certification Documents; review ETL label inventory and control; review non-compliances issued as a result of previous inspections and document unresolved issues; select samples as directed. - Document compliance and non-compliance found during the inspection and advise clients on proper resolution. - Complete and submit Follow-up Service Inspection Report for each client inspected. - Communicate information between facility representatives and Intertek personnel. - Maintain expenses within given guidelines. - Perform other work as required. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED and 10+ years directly related experience; associate degree in related area and 5+ years directly related experience; or bachelor’s degree in related area and 1+ year directly related experience. - Experience in electronic/electrical testing or quality/reliability testing, engineering, electrical inspection, manufacturing or quality control is required. - Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable driving record. - Ability to travel as business needs dictate, up to 75%. - Familiarity with the “National Electric Code” and/or product compliance requirements to nationally recognized safety standards is a plus. - Knowledge of Quality Control methods (ISO 9000/14000, QS 9000, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen & Statistical Process Control) a plus. - Must have access to the internet. - Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. - Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. - Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Requirements This is a remote position; however, applicants must reside in and be able to legally work in the United States.
