• Write clean, production-grade Python across AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs • Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases • Design and build LLM-based and agentic AI solutions that address real client business challenges • Own the technical direction of client engagements from discovery through delivery • Support presales: discovery calls, technical proposals, scoping, and client-facing demos • Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards across the Python practice • Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and share knowledge across the team • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor

Role Description - 5+ years technical expertise in IVR systems and platforms (e.g., Nuance NDF/Mix, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco). - Proficiency in VoiceXML and other IVR development tools and frameworks. - Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, NodeJS or C++ for IVR scripting and customization. - Experience with Conversational AI projects, including intent identification and LLM development. - Strong understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services. - Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL). - Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, TDM). - Exposure to RPA tools, CRM systems, and customer service applications. - Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services. • Lead the implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations (“D365”) projects including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support. • Manage client engagement and lead client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the D365 solution. • Ensure these requirements are captured in Business Scenario Documents/ Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project and onto Azure DevOps. • Lead Conference Room Pilots to show case the D365 solution to clients. • Create deliverable examples for other team members including Design documents for complex customizations and report modifications Data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities. • Field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems. • Review design documents for customizations, reports for D365, data mapping and integration mapping written by other team members. • Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios. • Oversee configuration of D365 for Finance, Project Operations as required. • Ensure a high-quality solution by providing leadership for testing including functional testing, integration testing and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool. • Undertake Data mapping, Data migration and data import into D365. • Lead training for D365 and associated systems to clients as well as to other Unify Dots team members. • Lead pre-go live cutover and post go live support to clients and manage any issues including escalating to Microsoft for support. • Provide pre-sales support as required. • Providing estimations for customizations, report enhancements, workflows, batch jobs, upgrades, integrations and data migration work. • Conduct 2 training sessions at Unify University every year. • Write 3-4 D365 ERP functional blogs articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.

• The Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the solution throughout the sales cycle and delivering thought leadership to companies to transform their customer’s experience. • Manage enterprise organizations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops. • Work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision makers across Business and Technology. • Able to create the architecture and engage Business/ IT on it. • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs aligned to business value. • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with a broad range of supporting technical and business resources. • Clearly articulate the unique benefits of the proposed solution to a wide range of customer stakeholders from front line staff right up to C-level executives. • Present compelling solutions while supporting relationships with customers and partners. • Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality results along with meeting all expectations for both internal and external customers. • Have a strong interest in growing your career and participating in our internal training programs and mentorship initiatives. • Must have a proven track record in the development and delivery of differentiated custom solutions and presentations, including technical concepts, to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs. • Ability to orchestrate a sales cycle which requires involvement of multiple internal and external resources. • Willing and able to travel when necessary.
