Senior Managing Consultant – Global Construction

• Demonstrate creativity and learn to efficiently use relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop solutions. • Gain experience developing and maintaining electronic databases, spreadsheets and other files as dictated by project needs. • Perform detailed research and analysis, then put the results into action (e.g., gather, review, and summarize literature and data from the public domain, specialized industry resources, or client, public and commercial databases). • Audit own work product and work product of others to assure quality. • Organize case documents; create and maintain hard copy and electronic libraries for documents and retrieve documents from libraries as necessary. • Perform detailed schedule analysis to determine the source, magnitude, and cause of critical path delays as well as non-critical impacts on construction projects. • Participate in a positive team environment and work hard to meet client deadlines and quality expectations. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with a focus in engineering or construction management;
- MS or MBA is highly preferred;
- Minimum 7+ years field experience in the construction industry;
- Prefer those with cost estimating, change order pricing, prepared time requests, and/or experience in managing claims;
- Developed, prepared, maintained, updated, reviewed, and analyzed schedules (P6, MSP, and any other scheduling platforms);
- Must have excellent technical writing skills;
- Experience working collaboratively with and leading teams;
- Ability to work independently and remotely, and travel for client work when needed.

The Water Treatment Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying, developing, and servicing existing and new accounts in the greater market. They will work closely with our customers to provide water treatment programs tailored to their specific needs. "This is a remote position."
