• Drive evidence-based workforce decisions through advanced people analytics and strategic advisory • Partner with HR and business leaders to translate workforce data into actionable insights • Shape workforce strategy through analysis and clear communication • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on workforce-related decisions and challenges • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities • Present insights and recommendations to senior HR and business leaders • Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce transformation initiatives • Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and data engineering teams to ensure workforce data reliability
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience using workforce or people data to support business, talent, or workforce decisions
- Demonstrated ability to translate analysis into recommendations, strategic implications, and business action
- Experience working directly with senior leaders and influencing decisions through data-driven insights
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable recommendations
- Solid technical foundation in analytics, data visualization, and data interpretation
- Working proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, DAX, Dataiku, or similar analytics platforms
