• Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers • Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) • Be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation • Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer • Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and appropriately guide customers • Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) • Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the travel industries supported

• Conduct diagnostics, map financial processes, and recommend improvements • Support decisions related to ERP usage in implementation, enhancements, and support projects

• Mainly focused on delivering changes (improvements) requested by countries within the scope of the Agile Release Train using the SAFe methodology. • May be required to be assigned to small M&A implementations, focusing on customization of the LE-TRA module for newly acquired companies.
