• Lead and manage your own personal recruiting desk • Execute full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through candidate presentation and placement • Headhunt physicians, travel nurses, and medical sales professionals through proactive outreach, networking, and job platforms • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates • Conduct candidate screening, credential verification, and qualification assessments • Coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiation and placement • Maintain accurate records within the company ATS and recruiting systems • Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals for repeat placements

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals: Physicians, Travel Nurses, Med Sales
  • Demonstrated ability to source and headhunt candidates independently (leads will not be provided)
  • Comfortable managing a full recruiting desk in a commission-only environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and candidate engagement skills
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work fully remote
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms
  • Must be located in USA

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including invoice processing, calendar management, and reporting. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders as appropriate. - Utilize Concur to handle candidate travel bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. - Write, review, and send candidate offer letter packets. - Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-boarding process, providing updates and answering inquiries. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the application tracking system (ATS). - Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives, as requested.
