This full-cycle recruiting role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top talent while building community partnerships that support our mission and workforce goals. Based onsite at our Grand Rapids production facility, you'll partner closely with leaders, candidates, employees, and community organizations to develop innovative recruiting strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
