Role Description As a Sr. PCBA Aerospace Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will be responsible for deployment, qualification, continuous improvement of test systems, processes, and procedures at CM (Contract Manufacturing) sites for Satellite PCBAs. You will be a key member of the PCBA Manufacturing team and will be the main interface between Amazon Leo’s internal test development teams and our manufacturing partners. You will ensure successful test deployment by documenting procedures, training CM personnel, and providing ongoing onsite support. You will have excellent debugging skills with the ability to dive deep and determine the root cause of test failures. - Develop test strategies, implement and optimize test setup/processes at Contract Manufacturing sites including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment, and maintenance programs. - Perform PCBA debug and root-cause failure analysis at Contract Manufacturing sites.
