Job Requirements
- 2+ years in construction (Project Coordinator, Assistant, or Project Engineer)
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, and document control
- Exposure to cost tracking or budgets
- Advanced English (C1+)
- Strong Excel and organizational skills
- Nice to have Procore, Primavera P6, or similar tools

• Drive the end-to-end migration lifecycle for application portfolios • Coordinate business stakeholders, Application CoEs, and managed cloud partners • Maintain project governance, including progress reporting and risk mitigation • Execute migration waves using structured "migration factory" model
• Act as the primary point of contact for asset approvals, managing the flow of creative files, copy, and feedback between internal teams and clients via Slack, email, and other platforms • Track and enforce brand-specific processes and workflows, ensuring each account’s unique requirements are consistently followed • Document clear action items and next steps after meetings, and follow up to ensure completion • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to keep campaigns on track and on schedule • Support Account Managers and Creative Strategists by removing blockers and ensuring tasks are completed on time • Proactively address delays by having candid conversations with internal team members when tasks start to fall behind, helping to identify solutions and get projects back on track • Maintain organized records of assets, feedback, and campaign approvals • Coordinate and schedule calls between internal team members and clients
