• Lead annual campaign calendars in partnership with regional stakeholders, ensuring a unified view of publishing moments across digital platforms. • Oversee end-to-end production from concept to launch, serving as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams. • Define and manage comprehensive project timelines while proactively mitigating risks to ensure on-schedule delivery. • Ensure brand consistency across integrated campaigns and manage stakeholder reviews and external agency briefs. • Lead asset localisation across APAC, triaging feedback to balance local nuances with budget and schedule constraints. • Execute site-wide merchandising using CMS tools and develop regional playbooks to establish best practices and optimise workflows. • Own the hands-on build and publishing of digital content, collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot CMS-related issues. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for merchandising tools, driving continuous tool improvements through collaboration with Martech and Product teams. • Analyse post-launch metrics and compile comprehensive reporting decks to inform future regional and global campaign strategies.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of professional experience, ideally within the technology sector or at global multinational corporations
  • Robust project management expertise, demonstrating the capacity to oversee multiple concurrent workstreams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-border stakeholders across diverse regions, including Japan, India, Australia, the US, Taiwan, and Singapore.
  • Solid background in e-commerce marketing, with a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape and user experience best practices.
  • Accomplished self-starter with extensive experience interfacing with and aligning multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Technical proficiency in AI and digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Gemini), or the aptitude to rapidly master new technologies with minimal oversight.
  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies to develop high-quality assets and compelling copy.
  • Proven track record of high performance and productivity; capable of delivering results with minimal supervision while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and problem-solving excellence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

Role Description We are looking for a Project & Resource Manager (m/f/d) to join our Research Operations & Enablement team and ensure the smooth, structured, and timely allocation of research capacity across a high volume of market research projects. In this role, you will act as the central coordination point between Account Management, Customer Success, and Research teams. Essential Job Functions: - The primary role of the Mid-Level Environmental Due Diligence Professional is to conduct Phase I Environmental site assessments (ESAs), environmental compliance audits, high-level health and safety reviews, and coordinate multi-site deals that include various transaction-based environmental due diligence services. - Evaluate all types of real estate, commercial, and industrial operations. - Analyze and recognize potential environmental impact and compliance issues, as well as legacy environmental liabilities. - Provide clear and concise findings, recommendations, and options regarding client deliverables. - Coordinate and manage due diligence projects involving multi-site portfolios and teams in support of financial and industrial mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions. - Collaborate in a team atmosphere to plan and meet timelines and requirements along with budget goals. - Client facing, able to identify and develop new opportunities, prepare technical proposals. - Develop, track, and document project expectations and budgets. - Other duties as assigned.
