Job Description Summary Under general supervision, performs a variety of bookkeeping functions. Responsibilities - Perform nightly fund pricing/valuation activities - Research and resolves variances. - Creates, Modifies or maintain spreadsheets. - Identifies where information is located and compiles back-up or research information for analysis by others. - Enters information into computer system(s) and reviews for completeness and accuracy. - Resolves some non-routine problems and questions; understands when to bring issues to a higher authority. - Completes miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications - Associates degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience. - Accounting principles required Preferred Qualifications - Skills Advantage Work Ready Certificate - Ability to meet deadlines, work effectively individually or with a team. - Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, customer service approach. - Effective organizational and prioritization skills - Detail-oriented, accurate; ability to easily move from one computer system to another. Working Conditions - Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM-10:00 PM Central with required flex time until work is completed - Role includes post market close responsibilities from 5:00pm to 10:00pm CST, with the expectation of flexibility to remain until work is completed. The Salary for this position generally ranges between $18.50 - $24.50 per hour. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
