Role Description Reporting to the Planning Team and Client Coordinator Supervisor, the Client Coordinator is responsible for being the initial point of contact for our clients, whether that is through phone calls or emails. - Provide administrative support to a Planning team, including answering initial client phone calls and assisting in responding directly to client communications. - Schedule client consults and phone calls, keeping each Planner's schedule up to date. - Request information from clients needed for upcoming consults or phone calls, following up accordingly. - Receive and organize information from clients for the Data Input Specialist and Associate Planner. - Assist with Investment Operations by submitting requests via the Tectonic Portal as instructed by the Planner.
