Construction Recruiter

• Follows company recruitment program by complying with local, state and federal employment laws and utilizes sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure that the company can attract the best candidates and determine 'cultural fit' for the position. • Partners with Sourcers to develop sourcing programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning. • Sources active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals, and sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, advertisements, job fairs, and Internet research. • Maintains and grows passive pipeline of candidates, ensures every candidate whether active or passive has a great candidate experience. • Builds company brand by professionally representing the company to all applicants, employment agencies, universities, etc., and works in conjunction with all company employees to provide the highest level of customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Four-year Human Resources or related degree; or equivalent years of experience.
  • Previous Sourcing certification or formal training required. (i.e. AIRS).
  • Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience.
  • Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS), preferably Workday.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish highly preferred.
  • Experience managing talent pipelines that support multiple locations or project sites, with the ability to hire from a centralized candidate pool to meet varying site demands.
  • Proficient Knowledge of employment laws to ensure adherence to all equal employment opportunity requirements.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective relationship building and employee relations skills.
