• Deliver an end to end 360 recruitment service for Bright Horizons nursery settings • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver first class, end to end resourcing solutions, ensuring a high-touch candidate, and hiring manager experience that continually exceeds expectations • Deliver direct sourcing through the effective use of LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Databases, Job boards, campaigns, social media and your network, and headhunting techniques • Work in partnership with the business to identify content to drive out across out careers social channels which supports talent attraction and employer brand engagement • Manage all vacancies and candidates through effective management of the applicant tracking system (Workday) ensuring its consistently up to date and candidates/hiring managers are managed through all stages correctly • Deliver weekly MI on recruiting activity • Champion the use of RAF (Recommend a Friend) through stakeholders • Act as an ambassador of Bright Horizons, looking for constant opportunities to promote the employer brand, living the heart principles of Bright Horizons, and demonstrating passion for delivery of an outstanding recruitment service to the business. • Take ownership and accountability for meeting all recruiting needs of our nursery settings being relentless in your quest to deliver exceptional talent to Bright Horizons. • Understanding of market intelligence and trends • Identify opportunities to attend industry events to promote opportunities at Bright Horizons and to broaden your specialist knowledge • Regularly assess recruitment activities to ensure their effectiveness and success at achieving desired outcomes and ROI
Senior Manager, Educational Counseling

• Support students and families through all aspects of the college admission process, including managing expectations and goals • Contribute to College Coach’s growth, employee satisfaction, and inclusive environment • Work with one Bright Horizons Scholar annually, providing pro-bono support to an under-resourced student through one of our community partnerships • Build on your admission experience to work with a diverse group of students and parents at various socioeconomic levels and help them successfully navigate the education system • Present on a full spectrum of educational topics, such as admission to four-year colleges, guidance for STEM applicants, and admissions basics for families new to the process • Collaborate with an experienced and engaged team of admissions and college finance experts to maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field • Work a flexible schedule, including some evening or weekend appointments • Participate in occasional work travel including our annual, in-person team meeting
Educational Quality Manager

• Be an expert on NAEYC accreditation processes and identified quality rating and improvement systems • Maintain expert level knowledge on QRIS systems in all states we operate in, as well as licensing criterion related to education and development • Support quality aspects of UPK initiatives, anticipating and responding to requirements and ensuring program compliance • Serve as a change agent using a variety of methods to improve adoption and fidelity of key education programs, resources, and initiatives • Be an expert on all internal and external quality measurement tools and contribute to projects improving field’s effective use of tools • Have a high-level of understanding of Discovery Driven Learning program, expectations, and all related resources • In partnership with department training teams, build educator and program leader knowledge and skills through communication, support, resource development and other identified methods • Take initiative to identify problems, propose solutions, and act with urgency; continuously support ongoing quality improvement processes and practices • Provide increased support, on-site and virtual, to identified centers with critical needs • Contribute to education and quality initiatives, projects, and pilots as assigned • Meet all evaluation, measurement, and reporting expectations • Keep abreast of educational trends and research and integrates this knowledge into work • Facilitate virtual or in-person training, as assigned • Build and sustain relevant internal and external partnerships
Senior Manager, Education Finance

• Build on college finance experience to work with a diverse group of College Coach and EdAssist clients at various socioeconomic levels and help them successfully navigate the higher education system and complex education finance questions • Counsel corporate and retail clients in individual phone and video meetings spanning a wide spectrum of complex college funding issues including: early saving strategies; financial literacy for students; applying for all forms of federal, state, private, and institutional aid; coordinating assets and resources to pay for college, including claiming education tax breaks; understanding the impact of college inter-departmental politics; student loan repayment options; and managing educational debt • Present on topics as subject matter expert representing a full spectrum of college financing issues from saving strategies for newborns through graduate school funding, student loan management, and financial literacy and wellness within a variety of corporate client settings • Respond to help desk inquiries from corporate clients with professional prose • Contribute to internal projects as required, including development or revision of new internal and external curriculum, training materials, or products, social media initiatives, service delivery best practices or other internal areas of interest • Through delivery of high level services, assist in building market presence and word of mouth reputation; contribute to EdAdvisory’s growth, thought leadership, client satisfaction, and inclusive environment • Manage all administrative functions required for service delivery
