Role Description We are currently seeking a Remote L3 production support engineer to join our team in GUADALAJARA, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico. - Actively provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing. - 3+ Years of Java L3 Production Support hands-on Experience. - Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms. - Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery. - Continually focus on enhancing the performance of the Java applications. - Experience working on DB and good with SQL queries. - Experience with using Splunk for debugging and logs. - Work effectively in collaboration with other team members. - Implement new tool functionalities that support changing business requirements. - Develop functions that automate provisioning and access management primary/secondary controls. - Develop functions that help improve user experience. - Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams. - Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions. - Validated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a global environment. - Understanding of Agile principles will be an added advantage. - Participate in Requirements gathering, design and implementation by collaborating closely with all the stakeholders. - AWS certification is an added advantage. Qualifications - Hands-on development experience in Core Java with at least 3 years of experience. - Should have worked on a few Projects in Java tech stack. - Candidate should clear coding interview using CoderPad.io. - 6-9 overall Software experience. - Strong in Java. - Experience with SQL, Splunk, Git. - Hands-on experience using ServiceNow and process workflow. - Hands-on Experience on AWS is preferable. - 3+ relevant experience on L3 support. Role Description To ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production of automotive Connector Car and Car Audio products through effective planning, monitoring and optimization of the assembly lines. Act for implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements, including new product introduction and manufacturing cell design to reduce waste, improve safety, quality, and delivery performance. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Production and Operation. What You Will Do - Manage daily operations for SMT & THT lines manufacturing. - Set up, optimize & monitor SMT as well as THT production lines. - Monitor production targets, cycle time and manpower planning to ensure output meets demand. - Monitor, control and improve Production KPI - OEE, First pass yield, DL efficiency, Component Droppage, Scrap rate. - Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI). - Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ESD standards. - Coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams to address in-process defects, deviations, and audits. - Support PPAP, FMEA, and root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues. - Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Poka-Yoke, SMED). - Optimize layout and workflow to reduce cycle time and waste. - Monitor health and performance of assembly fixtures, jigs, tools and automated stations. - Coordinate with maintenance for timely breakdown maintenance. - Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and equipment validation activities. - Train operators on new product assembly processes, safety, and quality norms. - Ensure adherence to HARMAN’s safety policies and promote a culture of zero harm. - Supervise daily work and performance of line operators and contract workforce. Qualifications - Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Electronics, Electrical or related. - Experience: 3–6 years in SMT operations within automotive electronics. - Familiar with PCBA Manufacturing process. - Hands-on with SAP PP/MM, MS Office, and data reporting tools. - Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, team coordination and communication. • Own the resolution of complex production issues and lead incident response for critical (Sev1) events • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth deployments and high-quality post-launch support • Perform root cause analysis, implement long-term fixes, and improve system reliability • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Pindrop’s platform, including APIs, integrations, and customer environments • Proactively monitor production health, analyze incident trends, and recommend automation or preventive improvements • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and post-incident reports • Participate in on-call rotations, including after-hours support when required (weekend coverage once in 6-8 weeks)
