• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in food service, hospitality, healthcare, and facility management sectors • Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and installation support within territory • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Northern Alberta District • Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to support customer needs • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to deliver seamless solutions • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives, maintaining high safety standards companywide
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Technical skills with plumbing and electrical components are preferred
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM
- Proven ability to manage a territory and achieve sales targets
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need, and willingness to travel overnight as required
- Experience in hygiene, cleaning, or chemical solutions industry is an asset.

• Develop and manage established as well as new customers, by selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals. • Primary owner of customer relationship. • Selling and engaging customers in value added activities. • Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process. • Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms. • Develop new business; identify prospective customers by utilizing market intelligence databases, as well as business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. • Know the market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided. • Drive motor vehicle to existing customers, and prospects, to ensure product delivery, which may include lifting/carrying up to 75lbs.
