Role Description The Senior Manager, Procurement Operations & Enablement is the operational and analytical backbone of Deltek's Global Procurement function. This role owns the systems, data, and reporting infrastructure that make the procurement team effective — including P2P platform administration, savings tracking, renewals reporting, AI-enabled procurement tools, and data integration with Sales, Renewals, and Pricing teams. Key Responsibilities - Procurement Systems & Platform - Own Procurement input for P2P system administration, configuration, workflow design, and user adoption across the organization. - Partner with IT to maintain procurement data integrations between GEP, ERP, and finance systems. - Lead implementation of AI-enabled procurement functionality including spend analytics, contract intelligence, and supplier risk monitoring. - Support CLM administration and contract data management in partnership with Legal. - Reporting & Analytics - Build and maintain Deltek's procurement reporting suite: savings tracker, renewal pipeline, spend dashboards, and vendor scorecards. - Own the Vendor Spend and Renewal Master — the enterprise source of truth for addressable spend across all funding organizations. - Develop and distribute procurement performance reporting for CFO and executive stakeholder visibility. - Create data-sharing frameworks and regular reporting cadences with Sales, Renewals, and Pricing teams to surface procurement intelligence. - Process & Policy - Own and maintain the Global Procurement Policy; manage updates, training, and communications as the function matures. - Design and document procurement and diligence workflows and SOPs for sourcing, vendor onboarding, and contract management in partnership with finance, legal and security. - Identify and remediate process gaps, compliance risks, and control weaknesses in the procure-to-pay cycle. - Operations Leadership - Lead and develop offshore resources responsible for procurement day to day operations. - Establish and monitor SLAs for procurement operations activities including onboarding cycle time and PO processing. - Partner with AP on transition of procurement-adjacent activities and ongoing process alignment. Qualifications - 8+ years of procurement operations, sourcing analytics, or procurement systems experience. - Hands-on experience with procurement platforms (GEP, Coupa, Ariba, or equivalent) including workflow configuration and reporting. - Strong data and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with BI tools or data visualization platforms. - Experience building procurement reporting and savings tracking frameworks. - Comfort working with cross-functional data sources (ERP, AP, FP&A) to build a unified spend picture. - Experience managing or coordinating offshore/remote operational teams a plus. - Interest in AI-enabled procurement tools and process automation strongly preferred.
