• Conducting in-depth ethnography within sites of care to identify unmet needs, translate jobs to be done, and identify emerging opportunities for innovation. • Partnering with Medical Affairs to ensure insights are captured across a diverse mix of care settings to avoid bias towards a single segment. • Evaluating clinical practices, workflows, and evidence to uncover pain points and unmet needs in patient care and healthcare delivery across the patient journey. • Analyzing and synthesizing published clinical literature, guidelines, and evidence to inform strategic priorities and product concepts. • Partnering with Upstream Marketing Directors to translate clinical findings into market-relevant insights that guide product development and portfolio strategy. • Providing structured feedback on new concepts, ensuring alignment with real-world clinical requirements, safety considerations, and patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, Allied Health, or a related clinical field AND 5 years of direct clinical experience in hospital or health system environments.
  • Background in clinical-setting infection prevention.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MSN, MPH, or MBA with a clinical background).
  • Experience in medical devices, clinical trials, or evidence evaluation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare economics, outcomes research, or quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prior exposure to strategy, innovation, or upstream product development.
  • Bilingual language skills (in addition to English), supporting effective engagement with international clinicians, advisors, and partners.

The Portfolio Manager manages and grows a portfolio of dealer clients across the Jackson, MS territory with lines of credit ranging from $50,000 to $2.5M within an assigned geographic territory. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, optimizing the portfolio through the clients' use of the line of credit, identifying and mitigating pre-default account risk, and supporting post-default collections on defaulted accounts. The geographic territory assigned will be in the Jackson, Mississippi area. * Must live within the assigned Jackson, MS surrounding market including Hattiesburg, Hinds County and Byram. Responsibilities - Optimize each client's use of the line of credit within an assigned portfolio whose lines of credit range from $50,000 to $2,500,000 by acting as floor plan subject matter expert to their portfolio of clients. - Achieve goals and performance targets as set by the company by regularly engaging with clients in person or virtually by collaborating with internal partners to drive revenue and maximize profitability through prudent account management, controlled growth and risk mitigation. - Educate clients on desired performance behaviors, self-service options, and best practices and coach them to ensure compliance with company policies and expectations. - Collect and analyze client financial information and various internal reports and dashboards to assess and monitor dealer performance and address with the dealer as appropriate to drive growth and manage risk. - Utilize company provided historical data and tools to identify targets for opportunity of growth and determine clients that are having financial distress. - Collaborate and strategize with Risk and Recovery department with pre-default risk mitigation and post default collection efforts on defaulted accounts within a specified timeframe. Minimize loss and maximize recovery. - Physical inspection of inventory, and accuracy of audits and repossession as necessary. Inspect what is expected to ensure quality control, inventory, audit self- reconciliation, addition of inventory and buying behaviors. - Serve as a fiduciary for the company including identifying and reporting to the company any material client or internal non-compliance with company policies, attempted or actual fraud upon the company or any other circumstance that may require identification and reporting to protect the company. - Operate with the highest level of integrity and always strive to achieve the best outcome for both the clients and our company. - Detailed documentation in Salesforce all prudent conversations, activities and client interactions as required by the company KPI's.
