Role Description The Analyst is responsible for the accurate analysis and classification of assigned websites, products, and/or merchants. They use open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, and industry best practices to identify potential areas of risk or non-compliance. By identifying potentially risky, illegal, or otherwise violative activities, the Analyst contributes directly to LegitScript’s mission of making the internet and payment ecosystems safer and more transparent. They work in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable balancing competing priorities and delivering their work within deadlines. - Analyze, assess, and/or classify certification applicants by using open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, and industry best practices, and leveraging contextual data. - Understand and utilize the various tools and resources necessary to perform regular program tasks. - Make quick, accurate analytical decisions based on information that is, at times, ambiguous. - Summarize analysis findings in clear, concise written reporting. - Submit reports, adhering to your program’s reporting standards, within strict deadlines. - Escalate questions to appropriate colleagues using sound judgment. - Assist with other projects and tasks when assigned to do so by the Manager. - Assist in the maintenance of program documentation as directed by Senior Analysts and the Manager. - Exhibit a growth mindset by being open to feedback, embracing change as an opportunity. - Conduct online background investigations of applicants, review their website content for problematic products and policies, and conduct compliance reviews to determine applicants’ eligibility for LegitScript certification. - Regularly communicate with client(s), in coordination with Manager, via email, phone, or video conference as needed. - Monitor billing and payment status, escalating internally when appropriate. • Place campaigns within paid social platforms and manages the ongoing real-time optimization of live media. • Assist with the monitoring and reporting of social listening. • Collaborate with the team on upcoming campaigns determining best platforms and target audience. • Monitor campaigns for performance and manage spend. • Create and present client-facing campaign reporting. • Manage platform relationships regularly via: Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Google, etc. • Oversee Media Analysts and assist in their training and development.

• Organize and participate in audits and verifications on state portals and related systems, including verification of general information; • Filing of ancillary obligations (DeSTDA, Sintegra, SPED Fiscal and related filings); • Registration and maintenance of company records within workflows; • Client communication and relationship management; • Responding to questions in group forums and Q&A channels; • Resolving state-level tax issues; • Preparing studies and conducting necessary training on state-related tax matters; • Organizing the team to ensure compliance with state routines and deadlines; • Monitoring changes in state tax legislation and other legal updates that impact routines; • Researching new technologies and implementing automation in departmental processes;

• Assist with data management activities in clinical research (Data Management); • Control, creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations; • Preparation of the Query Plan; • Data cleaning; • Query management (creation, tracking, analysis of responses); • eCRF/IWRS programming in specialized software; • Support study users (questions, user creation, access control to the EDC); • Creation of data management documentation (e.g., DMP, UAT, DBL, User Manual, Investigational Product (IP) Dispensing Manual); • Meet deadlines established for the studies under your responsibility; • Complete all required training; • Act as the point of contact (internal and external) for the studies under your responsibility regarding data management; • Provide eCRF user training when requested.
