• Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned to EverPro’s suite of brand s and business objectives • Manage existing social channels ( including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram ) and help build a strategy for future channels (including Reddit and TikTok ) with platform-specific best practices • Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and testing to refine targeting and messaging • Plan and manage soc ial calendars across channels • Create, edit, and publish engaging social content including copy, images, and short-form video • Collaborate with designers, writers, and stakeholders to ensure content is on-brand and high quality • Ensure content supports broader brand, demand, and thought leadership initiatives • Track, analyze, and report on social performance using relevant metrics and insights • Translate data into clear recommendations and next steps to improve engagement, reach, and conversion • Regularly audit social channels and implement best practices

Job Requirements

  • 4 + years of experience managing organic social media, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of the current social media landscape and a willingness to take the lead in suggesting new ideas and tactics
  • Experience analyzing performance data using tools like Sprout Social
  • Ability to ideate and collaborate on engaging social visuals and content
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Some experience in the home and field services industry, and/or experience marketing to owners of small-to-medium service businesses
