• Content-Strategie & Redaktionsplanung: Du konzipierst und planst Videoinhalte für YouTube, Shorts, Reels & TikTok – plattformübergreifend & performanceorientiert • Produktion & Postproduktion: Du schneidest Videos, erstellst Thumbnails, Titel & Hashtags – im Stil moderner Krypto-/Finance-Content-Creator (clean, catchy, hochwertig). • Performance-Analyse & Reporting: Du wertest KPIs wie CTR, Watch Time & Conversion Rates aus und leitest konkrete Optimierungen ab. • Zusammenarbeit mit Creative-, Coaching- & Marketing-Teams: Du nutzt bestehendes Rohmaterial (Calls, Workshops, Ads etc.) und entwickelst daraus hochwertigen Video-Content. • Trendgetriebenes Thema-Pitching: Du schlägst relevante Videoformate und Themen aus den Bereichen Krypto, DeFi, Trading, Mindset und Finanzen proaktiv vor.
Job Requirements
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Social-Media-/Video-Content-Bereich (vorzugsweise YouTube)
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im organischen Wachstum oder Performance-Marketing (z. B. >100 k Views, gute CTRs, erfolgreiche Reels/Shorts)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Premiere Pro, Final Cut oder DaVinci Resolve
- Verständnis für Storytelling, Hook-Design & Audience Retention
- Interesse an oder Erfahrung mit Krypto / DeFi / Finanzbildung / Investment
- Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise & Lust auf Verantwortung
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
