Performance Expectations - Outbound calling and email activity volumes - Total qualified appointments booked and final appointment show rates - Revenue generated from booked meetings - Precision in CRM pipeline hygiene and data accuracy Qualifications - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the absolute confidence to speak directly with international business owners and executives. - Work Style: Strong organizational habits, excellent time management, and the ability to work completely independently in a stable remote environment. - Technical Setup: High attention to detail along with a highly reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace. - Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling is preferred but not mandatory.
