• Collaborate with client QA teams, developers, and offshore teams to understand requirements, identify gaps, and ensure accurate testing. • Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and system specifications, covering complex rules and workflows. • Provide clear effort estimates for manual testing tasks and deliver thorough test coverage. • Apply Agile methodologies to drive efficient testing processes, improve quality, and support continuous delivery. • Lead initiatives to enhance testing strategies, mentor junior QA team members, and ensure compliance with industry best practices in Guidewire Policy systems and P&C insurance.
• Develop/validate HEDIS measures per NCQA specs, analyze claims/eligibility/EHR/pharmacy/lab data, support annual submissions, audits, and dashboards. • Build/optimize SQL queries, ETL pipelines, and data transformations; improve data quality; document lineage and mappings. • Manage provider lists, validate chart abstraction, support outreach for care gaps. • Work with Quality, Clinical, Provider Relations, and Compliance teams; provide guidance on anomalies; present insights to leadership. • Assist with NCQA audit prep, ensure regulatory adherence, maintain audit trails and reporting artifacts.
• Business Process Automation: Design, build, and deploy low‑code automation solutions; migrate legacy bots; integrate with Teams, Azure, Dataverse, SharePoint, and APIs. • Governance & Security: Implement DLP, RBAC, auditing, and change control; optimize performance and reliability. • Team Leadership: Mentor junior builders, lead requirements sessions, and contribute reusable templates/patterns. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, negotiate trade‑offs, and coordinate with vendors. • System Architecture: Partner with architects to design scalable solutions; provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis. • Risk & Impact Analysis: Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests across complex projects.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevSecOps practices, including Git-based workflows, artifact management, security controls integration, and containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes) • Develop automation solutions using scripting languages or AI platforms to automate operational tasks to improve platform reliability and efficiency • Provide platform and DevOps support for a graph database application, including deployments, upgrades, configuration management, and environment maintenance • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across storage, networking, load balancers, firewalls, and security groups, analyzing logs and metrics to identify root causes and recommend solutions • Document platform best practices, promote operational standards, and support incident response and problem resolution efforts
• Partners with the business to turn data into critical information and knowledge. • Develops reporting and analytic solutions with knowledge of the primary source data (i.e., electronic health records, claims) and workflows. • This role promotes data literacy by educating and training customers to use the data as an analytical tool. • Gathers business requirements and translates the information into detailed technical specifications from which programs will be written or configured. • Works closely with other BIDs, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and internal/external customers.
• Design, build, and maintain the AI automation layer for the RISE data migration program • Develop auditable anomaly detection pipelines, exception classification workflows • Produce technical documentation of AI pipeline logic, model behavior, and automation design decisions • Actively participate in knowledge transfer sessions • Build AI-assisted field mapping and classification tooling to accelerate source-to-target schema mapping
• Administer and support HPE NonStop (Tandem) systems • Perform system configuration, upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance • Monitor system health, capacity, availability, and performance • Partner with application teams for deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning • Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies • Support disaster recovery (DR), business continuity, and high availability architectures • Implement system security policies, user access controls, and auditing • Analyzes and designs technical solutions to address business needs. • Troubleshoots systems to increase quality of systems. • Identifies, investigates, and proposes solutions to technical problems. • Develops, tests, and modifies software to improve efficiency of internal operating systems. • Provides technical support for issues surrounding software/hardware failures and the like. • Provides technical expertise where required within Information Technology Projects. • Prepares and maintains necessary documentation. • Other duties as assigned.
• Lead implementation initiatives, supporting design, build, testing, and deployment of FHIR‑based data solutions • Map healthcare data domains (Member, Eligibility, Coverage, Claims, Prior Authorization, Clinical) to FHIR resources • Apply IGs (US Core, Da Vinci, CARIN), and collaborate on FHIR API design and validation • Build mappings, resource definitions, extensions, and value sets • Work with architects on payloads, search parameters, and versioning • Use validators, test servers, and reference implementations • Support normalization, transformation, and reconciliation across systems • Participate in unit/integration/UAT, produce mappings, specs, and test scenarios
• Drive projects and deliver solid Dynamics CRM/365 solutions • Integrate external systems with Dynamics 365 • Plan and implement solutions to address organizational requirements • Maintain the program staff relationship throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient GCP reference architectures (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) • Lead full-scale application migrations from on-premises or competing clouds to GCP, optimizing for cloud-native features and microservices • Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines using Terraform, and architect containerization and deployment strategies • Champion secure-by-design practices, cost optimization, and compliance across all GCP environments • Partner with client executives, lead pre-sales solutioning, and mentor junior architects and engineers.
