• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient GCP reference architectures (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) • Lead full-scale application migrations from on-premises or competing clouds to GCP, optimizing for cloud-native features and microservices • Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines using Terraform, and architect containerization and deployment strategies • Champion secure-by-design practices, cost optimization, and compliance across all GCP environments • Partner with client executives, lead pre-sales solutioning, and mentor junior architects and engineers.

Role Description We are looking for a Knowledge Architect for our AI-powered learning & operating system. The system is built for the commercial management of professional sports organizations: a platform that supports leagues and clubs with structured, AI-ready knowledge and decision support in areas like sponsorship, merchandizing, and commercial marketing. This is not a purely technical role. It is about structuring the domain knowledge that sits underneath the product: deciding what the system should know, how it is organized and retrieved, and how it stays current as the platform scales across clubs, leagues, and portfolios. You will work closely with our top B2B clients and our internal expert network to: - Capture complex domain knowledge - Structure it for retrieval - Hold the editorial bar that keeps the corpus sharp, trusted, and actually used Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience in information architecture, knowledge engineering, or a comparable role: ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, and RAG-friendly content structuring - A working understanding of how LLMs consume knowledge: chunking, embeddings, and retrieval quality - Domain literacy in the sports business such as sponsorship, ticketing, commercial operations, or a proven track record of ramping up quickly with subject-matter experts - Strong instincts for governance and data rights: confidentiality tiers, IP ownership, and contributor incentives - Editorial judgment: you can tell signal from noise in expert input and hold a clear quality bar - A completed degree in information science, computer science, linguistics, library and information studies, or a comparable field - Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus - Confident handling of digital tools and remote-work environments Requirements - Own the domain ontologies, tagging schema, and per-sport / per-business-model relevance logic - Govern discovery, extraction (interviews, AI-led interviews, document mining), curation, validation, and retirement - Define sharing tiers and confidentiality rules at club, league, and portfolio level - Build out the shared knowledge corpus and the domain-specific knowledge bases behind each agent - Own review cadences, source provenance, conflict resolution between contributed assets, and the metrics that prove the corpus is improving over time - Partner with engineers and product to design knowledge structures that work for chunking, embeddings, and retrieval Benefits - Foundational role: Shape the knowledge layer of a new AI product from day one - Flexible working: Remote or in our Berlin office, with flexible working hours - Room for your ideas: Your expertise counts. • Participate in client-based discussions regarding requirements and corresponding capabilities. • Complete feasibility and impact analysis on the requirements, to be received by the client. • Develop application architecture and DB changes. • Provide a response to Production Support Tickets, investigate, and provide solutions for any configuration related issues on different application environments. • Perform code review for developers. • Mentor junior team members in the proper application of engagement practices. • Develop features or addressing tickets. • Involved in .Net coding, client-side coding and DB related work. • Train team members on the understanding of current implementation and applications. • Ensure sprint deliverables reach the client with no issues and conduct interviews to identify the right skill set for the projects in the account. • Investigate and provide best possible solutions for any production issues that are reported by the client. • Participate in production release activities, make sure both post-release and pre-release activities for applications are taken care by development teams. • Participate in architecture discussion, identify the gaps in development practices, Cl/CD pipelines. • Propose the solution to fill the gaps to Product Owner, so that it can prioritize in future releases.
