Media Buyer, Google Ads – DTC E-commerce
Paired
• Own Google Ads strategy and execution end to end across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube • Manage $150K to $200K+ per month in Google Ads spend for the brand, scaling ROAS while protecting efficiency • Build repeatable systems and processes for testing, reporting, and optimization • Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights • Partner with the creative team on testing frameworks and ad assets • Identify growth opportunities and turn them into strategy • Lead strategic conversations and reporting directly with the founder
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing $150K to $200K+ per month in Google Ads spend on a single brand (not portfolio or combined totals)
- Hands-on DTC e-commerce experience: Shopify, Shopping campaigns, and Performance Max for online retail
- Track record with 8 to 9 figure revenue brands (not small startups or info-products)
- Agency experience - Nice to have
- Google Ads as your primary channel and core expertise (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube). This is not a Meta-led or generalist multi-channel role
- A senior, self-directed operator who runs accounts independently with no hand-holding
- Native-level English for strategic calls with US founders
- Confident and polished in client-facing settings (calls, reporting, strategy discussions)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into decisions
