• Responsible for the implementation of clinical trial activities per study protocol. Works closely with investigative site personnel, CROs, and other study vendors. • Manage and coach clinical research staff. • Manage study contracting, budget and payment process for all clinical trial vendors including investigational sites. • Partner with department head to develop department procedures and develop infrastructure. • Design study related documents, including but not limited to study protocol, informed consent forms, CRFs, and regulatory binders. • Train CROs, vendors, investigators and study coordinators on study protocol and relevant material. • Monitor and track clinical trial progress and provide status update to stakeholders. • Partner with other research and development groups to achieve deliverables.

• Manage the execution and conduct of all aspects of very complex clinical studies to ensure that timelines, cost, and quality metrics are met. • Responsible for selection of vendors/CROs and provide effective ongoing management to vendors/CROs working on the project to ensure compliance and execution of project deliverables. • Manage study contracting, budget, forecasting, accruals and payment process for all clinical trial vendors including investigational sites. • Lead study-related activities such as protocol and informed consent preparation, investigator selection, study training material development and delivery. • Collaborate with Clinical Data Management group to ensure correct CRFs content is collected, prepare comprehensive completion guidelines, and design effective data listings and study reports. • Train CROs, vendors, investigators and study coordinators on implementation of study protocol. • Hire, train, manage and oversee Clinical trial staff, and serve as a resource for others within the company for clinical trials management expertise. • Monitor and track clinical trial progress and provide status update to stakeholders. • Support sample management and prospective sample testing for studies where Natera functions as a central testing facility. • Partner with other research and development groups to create a culture of mutual respect and focus on delivery of high-quality project results. • Develop Clinical Department SOPs and participate in audits as needed.

• Develop and manage the project Quality Control (QC) Plan per contract requirements • Execute the Three-Phases of Quality Control • Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing • Coordinate with Superintendents, SSHOs, and subcontractors on new Definable Features of Work (DFOW) • Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation • Track and resolve deficiencies through corrective actions and follow-up inspections • Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and quality records

• The Senior Research Manager is a key contributor within Mercer Advisors’ Investment Management Group (IMG), responsible for the oversight and implementation of the firm’s investment solutions across billable AUM. • Support the investment research process through manager due diligence, capital markets research, performance analysis, and documentation of investment policies and procedures. • Work closely with the Director, Investment Research, and other members of the Investment Research Team to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the firm’s investment platform. • Collect, analyze, and maintain asset class-level data and performance metrics with a focus on fixed income, special solutions, and derivative instruments. • Take a leadership role in the design and evaluation of asset class investment frameworks, portfolios, and SMA strategies. • Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence of traditional, systematic, and quantitative investment managers and strategies. • Build, monitor, and refine tools to analyze performance attribution and risk management. • Draft, maintain, and update detailed memos on strategies – incorporating due diligence questionnaires, fund manager engagement and quantitative monitoring reports – that adhere to compliance and operational guidelines. • Prepare materials and analysis for Mercer Advisors’ Investment Committee and sub-committees. • Contribute to capital markets research and assist in the development of educational content for internal stakeholders. • Support the documentation and maintenance of departmental investment policies and procedures. • Collaborate with the Director, Investment Research on regulatory audits and internal documentation reviews.
