Job Description

Project Coordinator – Multifamily

Interior Logic Group

• Primary resource for installer schedules, questions, and work-related issues (central point of contact) • Coordinates assignments ad paper flow for daily Service Provider schedules • Dispatches work orders to SP’s and adjust workloads as needed • Notifies customers with installation time frames • Fields incoming customer calls • Handles all escalations to full resolution • Acts as a liaison between the customer and the company to resolve installation issues • Ensures all customers are contacted at the end of the installation • Serves as a back-up to the other Project Coordinators • Performs other managerial duties as assigned by the Director • Serves as back-up to the Director as assigned • Insures completeness and accuracy of all paperwork • Ensures all business operations with area of responsibility are conducted ethically and within the law • Returns voicemail messages and emails within (4) business hours • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

We are hiring a Substation Estimator/Project Manager to play a critical role in winning and delivering complex infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll lead the development of accurate, competitive estimates and support execution across high-voltage substation and transmission work.
