Field Service Project Manager
Industrial Manufacturing
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and related project documentation. • Coordinate resources, equipment, project information, and internal support needed to execute Field Services projects. • Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and overall project performance. • Prepare project reports and proactively communicate project updates, risks, delays, and status information to stakeholders. • Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving issues or risks that may impact project delivery, schedule, budget, quality, or customer expectations. • Support adherence to project scope, objectives, customer requirements, and internal processes. • Collaborate with internal departments, field teams, customers, and vendors to support successful project execution. • Support Senior Project Managers, Project Controls Managers, and Field Services leadership with day-to-day project management tasks. • Assist with project documentation, including tracking, reporting, customer-facing updates, and internal project records. • Support customer relationship management by maintaining professional communication and assisting with issue resolution as needed. • Assist with budget tracking, change order support, project profitability tracking, and financial reporting as assigned. • Maintain awareness of project timelines, deliverables, open action items, and required follow-up. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, project management, construction, field service, or a related operational role required.
- Experience supporting field service, construction, commissioning, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, or technical service projects preferred.
- Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, resources, documentation, deliverables, and customer communication preferred.
- Experience with project management software tools such as Procore, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, time management, and follow-up skills required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required.
