Role Description We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our HR team and become a trusted advisor for assigned client portfolios, supporting employees, managers, and stakeholders while helping drive employee experience, retention, and business success. This role combines employee relations, stakeholder partnership, client support, and strategic HR advisory in a dynamic international environment. What You’ll Do - Client Partnership - Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned clients - Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and managers - Provide HR guidance and support people-related decision-making - Participate in client meetings and workforce planning discussions - Identify people risks and recommend solutions - Employee Experience & Relations - Conduct employee check-ins and stay interviews - Support employee engagement and retention initiatives - Handle employee relations cases and escalations - Partner with managers to resolve workplace concerns - Monitor employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle - Performance & Development - Coordinate performance review processes - Support managers during performance discussions - Initiate salary review conversations when appropriate - Support employee development and talent growth initiatives - Portfolio & Risk Management - Monitor retention, engagement, turnover, and employee sentiment trends - Identify emerging people risks - Prepare portfolio health reviews and recommendations - Use HR data to support decision-making and action planning - Client Workforce Changes - Coordinate compensation and workforce changes requested by clients - Manage contract exhibits and workforce change documentation - Ensure proper approvals and communication throughout the process - Partner with Finance and HR Operations on employment-related changes - HR Projects & Continuous Improvement - Participate in HR initiatives and process improvement projects - Contribute to the development of scalable HR practices - Support implementation of new tools, workflows, and programs Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in HR, HRBP, People Partner, Employee Relations, or similar roles - Experience supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced environment - Experience handling employee relations cases and HR escalations - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities and client portfolios - Experience working with HR systems and HR processes - English level B2 or higher Nice to Have - Experience in outsourcing, staffing, EOR, BPO, or service-based businesses - Experience supporting international and remote teams - Experience working with performance review and compensation processes - Experience analyzing HR metrics and employee experience data - Experience supporting enterprise or multi-client environments What Success Looks Like - Strong relationships with assigned clients and stakeholders - Healthy employee engagement and retention within assigned portfolios - Effective management of employee relations and escalations - Proactive identification of people risks and solutions - High-quality HR support and partnership for both employees and clients Benefits - International and fast-growing environment - Opportunity to influence employee experience and business outcomes - Exposure to diverse clients and industries - High level of ownership and autonomy - Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 (including flexibility) - A supportive team - Competitive Salary in USD - Remote eligibility - 10+ business days of paid time off - Equipment provided
