• Calculate Knock Bridge Loan advance amounts using internal calculations and guidelines • Accurately condition loan files based on the loan application and file documentation • Provide consistent internal communication regarding loan status and approval updates • Communicate effectively and professionally with external Lending Partners, Agents, and Borrowers • Review title reports and homeowners/flood insurance to ensure Knock’s lien position and security interest • Efficiently and effectively manage and process a daily pipeline of loans while maintaining company turn times • Understand and stay current with all company policies, procedures, industry regulations, and other changes impacting Knock and the broader industry • Continuously learn and grow while supporting the development of others; serve as a mentor and resource both within and beyond your team • Take on ad-hoc projects as they arise and proactively support the team wherever help is needed

• Automating, triaging, diagnosing and fixing web compatibility issues caused by Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection • Owning, delivering, prototyping or improving smaller-scale privacy-improving projects such as Copy Clean Link • Working to improve Protections UI, Site Identity, Site Permissions and Certificate Errors surfaces across Firefox • Consolidating and improving telemetry dashboards • Mitigating tracking, security or privacy issues (Bug 791594) • Collaborating with and learning from senior engineers to deliver more complex projects

• Read and interpret mechanical/HVAC construction drawings and blueprints • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for sheet metal, ductwork, and associated piping systems • Capture granular scope items including air outlets, fire/smoke dampers, and other mechanical components • Produce accurate material quantities to support estimating and bidding efforts • Manage takeoffs across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency and completeness • Ensure no gaps or missed items in scope coverage
