• Conduct requirements elicitation sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional system requirements. • Perform requirements analysis, including traceability from stakeholder needs through system specifications to acceptance criteria. • Develop detailed requirements documentation, user stories, use cases, and process models for clinical informatics applications. • Conduct information modeling activities including data flow diagrams, entity-relationship models, and conceptual data schemas. • Facilitate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), developing test scripts, tracking defects, and documenting test results. • Develop and maintain artifact documentation for systems capturing or standardizing health information, clinical data, or life sciences data. • Serve as liaison between clinical subject matter experts and technical development teams to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented. • Support continuous improvement of clinical informatics systems by evaluating existing processes and identifying gaps or inefficiencies. • Assist in the development of training materials, standard operating procedures, and user guides for health IT systems. • Participate in project status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and deliverable reviews as required by the program.

• Serve as the Technical Testing subject matter expert for Momentum performance testing initiatives. • Design, develop, and maintain automated performance testing frameworks aligned with enterprise standards. • Evaluate and recommend automation approaches, tools, and best practices to maximize testing efficiency and minimize testing complexity. • Lead the development of automated performance testing solutions leveraging an array of software development languages and tools. • Mentor and coach the performance testing developers and analysts to deliver high quality solutions that satisfy the client’s needs. • Ensure automated solutions are version-controlled, traceable, and well-documented. • Configure, maintain, and upgrade the automation tool environments and related plugins. • Integrate automation tools with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, and other automation applications) to enable continuous testing and repeatability. • Manage test environment connectivity, data dependencies, and tool access for the technical and testing teams.
• Collaborate with the Wave Testing Lead and government client in planning, training, and testing of functional components of the financial system and coordinate with other vendors on testing to adjudicate, resolve, and close issues including change control discussions • Ensure 100% traceability of requirements • Oversee and mentor work of junior testers • Ensure testing includes validation of Federal Section 508, TRM, and VIP compliance • Execute manual and automated test scripts, document results, identify issues and defects, and prepare testing summary reports • Link test cases to Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) • Maintain and prioritize a testing defect log that will be shared with the government client and other vendors to track testing progress • Prepare materials and support facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training
• Support external customers with analyzing current business processes, developing business requirements, and documenting management processes and corresponding software requirements. • Provide Federal Financials subject matter expertise using Momentum Financials. • Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with customers to facilitate structured discussions, refine business processes, and decompose complex requirements into Epics, Features, and actionable User Stories in a SAFe Agile environment. • Requirements Consolidation: Conduct reviews of existing requirements, artifacts and repositories and working with external customers to make needed updates. • Gap Analysis & Traceability: Map requirements to CGI’s Momentum Financials to determine which needs are met through configuration. Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) from elicitation through testing and implementation. • Strategic Roadmapping: Assist in developing the Implementation Plan and Roadmap, identifying dependencies across system interfaces, data conversion, and federal reporting requirements. • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and log program risks. Perform Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) for complex requirements and present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Serve as an automated test developer utilizing Selenium for Momentum testing initiatives. • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks aligned with enterprise standards. • Evaluate and recommend automation approaches, tools, and best practices to maximize testing efficiency and minimize testing complexity. • Assist in the development of automated testing solutions leveraging Selenium and a supporting array of software development languages and tools. • Ensure automated testing solutions are version-controlled, traceable, and well-documented. • Configure, maintain, and upgrade the automation tool environments and related plugins. • Integrate automation tools with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, and other automation applications) to enable continuous testing and repeatability. • Manage test environment connectivity, data dependencies, and tool access for the technical and testing teams. • Support testing automation team to achieve high quality testing results and full traceability between test scripts and requirements traceability matrix.
• Provide systems testing support across CCN NG readiness initiatives, including planning and execution of integration testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing for the suite of impacted VA systems, EDI transactions, and CCN NG Third Party Administrator (TPA) systems • Coordinate tasks to complete testing of individual systems • Test integration between systems • Full end-to-end testing of systems for program launch.
• Integrated Governance & PMP Management: Lead the continuous update of the Program Management Plan (PMP) and all supporting standards. Ensure alignment with the Program Charter and oversight expectations from external entities. • SAFe & Agile Orchestration: Align SAFe ceremonies, release cadences, and tools (Agility or JIRA) to ensure consistent delivery across overlapping waves. • Review meeting materials for and lead regular program management meetings, including program risk reviews, Change Control Board meetings, defect reviews, and program reviews. • Decision Support & Reporting: Translate complex technical data into intuitive, decision-ready Power BI dashboards and other materials. Automate communications by leveraging Agility or JIRA as the authoritative data source. • Knowledge & Change Management: Update and maintain a future-state Knowledge Management (KM) ecosystem. Develop change management plans, job aids, and FAQs to maintain institutional knowledge. • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and log program risks. Perform Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) for complex requirements and present recommendations to executive leadership. • Defect & Quality Strategy: Implement the Defect Management Strategy to ensure clear ownership of defects. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure hotfixes and releases are tracked from identification to resolution.
• Perform Human Resource duties across one or more functional areas, including classification, staffing, recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, and/or labor relations. • Apply expert-level knowledge of rules and regulations to address technical requirements and resolve complex HR-related issues. • Analyze and provide solutions to complex problems within the assigned HR discipline(s). • May serve as a team leader within one or more HR functional areas. • Provide retirement counseling and process retirement actions, when applicable. • Support HR operations by ensuring proper application of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Competency in conducting a medical equipment management program that is compliant with applicable healthcare standards and regulatory agencies. • Ability to manage a recall and safety alert program for medical devices, including medical device hazard investigations, to assure compliance with patient safety goals, SMDA, and TJC requirements. • Understanding of regulatory agencies’ requirements, industry regulatory requirements and International Standard Organization standards
