• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and proposal staffing strategies. • Own full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer coordination. • Source proactively using different modalities, job boards, referrals, and niche/clearance communities; build shortlists fast for priority requisitions. • Perform structured phone screens and competency-based interviews; capture notes/scorecards in Lever ATS to drive consistent, fast decisions. • Build and nurture pipelines for future projects and proposals (contingent staffing); tag talent pools and run nurture campaigns in Lever. • Support cleared and public-trust hiring (Public Trust, NACI; Secret+ a plus), partnering with security/HR on adjudication steps. • Keep hiring managers in sync with weekly updates on pipeline health, time-to-slate, and risks/blockers. • Champion candidate experience: timely communications, clear expectations, and constructive feedback. • Ensure EEO/OFCCP compliance and audit-ready data; maintain clean requisition/candidate records and publish weekly KPI dashboards.

• Collaborate with the Testing Lead, Government stakeholders, interface development teams, functional teams, and external vendors to plan and conduct iterative interface testing and support the analysis, resolution, retesting, and closure of defects. • Review requirements, user stories, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), business process flows, data mappings, and technical diagrams to understand interface functionality and define test coverage. • Review, develop, and update test plans, test cases, and scripts for new or modified interfaces, including positive and negative test scenarios. • Execute interface testing following configuration changes or development. Validate inbound or outbound file transfers, data mappings, transformations, business rules, error handling, and processing results between Momentum Financials and external systems. • Use the Momentum Financials front end and database to validate interface processing, transaction results, record counts, control totals, data accuracy, and reconciliation results. Develop or coordinate test data needed to support interface test scenarios. • Document test evidence and results, maintain and prioritize the defect log, support defect retesting and closure, and prepare testing status and summary reports.

• The 508 Compliance Specialist ensures that digital products, documents, and communications meet Section 508 standards. • This position requires collaboration with program managers and project teams to test, review, and support remediation of deliverables for accessibility conformance. • This role provides support in tracking accessibility compliance status and contributing to the successful delivery of task order requirements in accordance with Section 508. • Review and test digital products, documents, and communications (e.g., Word, PDF, PowerPoint, and web content) to ensure they meet Section 508 standards. • Identify accessibility issues and support remediation of materials to bring them into Section 508 conformance. • Apply accessibility testing tools and techniques to evaluate digital products and documents for compliance. • Document accessibility testing results and track remediation status for assigned deliverables. • Coordinate with project teams and program managers to ensure Section 508 requirements are incorporated into deliverables. • Assist with the preparation of accessibility compliance documentation to support task order deliverables. • Maintain organized records of accessibility testing and compliance documentation. • Perform other Section 508 compliance duties as required to support task order and contract objectives.
• Analyze large and complex healthcare claims datasets to support post-payment analytics, payment integrity initiatives, and program objectives. • Develop, maintain, and optimize analytical datasets, reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Databricks and other analytics tools to support business and operational needs. • Collaborate with program managers, functional leads, technical teams, and government clients to gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions. • Perform advanced data analysis to identify payment trends, anomalies, overpayments, and opportunities for operational improvement while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Validate, reconcile, and monitor healthcare claims data to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance with established data governance standards. • Provide analytical expertise and recommendations to stakeholders by presenting findings, communicating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

• Support cross-functional teams responsible for efficient automated workflow processing • Monitor and maintain operational workflows to ensure processing accuracy and service level targets are met • Troubleshoot workflow issues and coordinate identification and resolution with internal stakeholders • Communicate workflow status changes and operational updates to external stakeholders • Assist in generating, reviewing, analyzing, and creating operational reports and data queries • Monitor and analyze metrics associated with the performance and success of automated workflows • Partner with stakeholders to understand business pain points and operational challenges • Assess enhancement requests and monitor status of existing requests
