People Solutions Center
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries • Manage high-volume phone and email communication with clients • Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician calendars • Dispatch crews and communicate schedule updates throughout the day • Create, update, and maintain work orders • Track project and service status to ensure timely completion • Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling, delays, and service updates • Support administrative functions including data entry, document management, and reporting • Collaborate closely with field crews and leadership to ensure seamless operations • Identify inefficiencies and help develop new processes, workflows, and best practices • Maintain accurate records and ensure exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in administrative, office coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service role
- Experience supporting service-based industries such as landscaping, irrigation, construction, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar environments preferred
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously
- Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision
- Process-minded individual who enjoys creating structure and improving efficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business software systems
