Role Description The Operations Associate is the backbone of our operations department. Associates are responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and analyzing transaction data, video feed, financial reports, and social media reviews for numerous establishments. This may include: restaurants, bars, hotels, convenience stores, trades, etc. Associates have a thorough understanding of the businesses we support and find ways to bring value to our clients every day. Job Responsibilities: - Monitor, review and analyze video surveillance and point-of-sales (POS) transaction data for discrepancies, internal theft, fraud, etc. - Analyze business trends through video surveillance to determine ways the business can improve sales, customer counts, shrink, profits, and the customer experience. - Monitor for social media reviews through numerous platforms for useful information tied to sales, brand reputation, and customer satisfaction. - Compile and deliver reports of findings with detailed information and still pictures. - Conduct pre-delivery reviews of reports for accuracy and value, utilizing discretion and independent judgement. - Meets deadlines and deliverables consistently, while maintaining high-quality standards. - Assist with ad-hoc requests from clients in a timely and accurate manner. - Additional tasks as required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, criminal justice, finance, mathematics, or a related field is required. - Experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, human resources, customer service, legal services, or consulting is preferred. Role Description Rebag is looking for a full-time Operations Associate individual. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a very fast-growing startup in its early stages and to write the future of collaborative luxury. Reports remotely directly to Japan Operations Manager and works with members of the Operations/Buying/Bizdev team in Japan and the US. Responsibilities: - Preparing and filing forms and other documents. - Updating logs and order forms. - Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager. - Take care of overall office needs, including: - Handling phone calls from vendors/partners. - Purchasing office supplies. - Communication with providers. - Coordination of office repairs. - Documents handling. - Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required. - Provide support to Operations manager and team members as and when required. - Communication with logistics partners to resolve issues regarding shipment, including: - Providing all pertinent shipping information needed to logistics. - Creating shipping lists with all necessary information and sending it to logistics before merchandise arrives at the warehouse. - Daily update and monitoring of all shipping from Japan in our inventory system, including: - Updating each order into our system as soon as we receive the shipping schedule with all tracking information from logistics. - Communication with NY Head Quarter regarding inquiries related to the shipment from Japan, primarily with HQ operations team and buying team.
