• Manage and develop relationships with the active partner base, maintaining close contact and consistent follow-up. • Participate in the enablement process for new partners, together with the Head of Channels, ensuring a well-structured activation. • Monitor the pipeline generated via channels, identifying opportunities and supporting partners throughout negotiations. • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partners — supporting, advising, and strengthening the relationship with Nortrez. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the channel program, offering practical insight and attention to areas for enhancement. • Keep records and activities organized in the CRM with discipline and predictability.
Job Requirements
- Experience in B2B channel management — as a Channel Manager, Partner Manager, Channel Account Manager, or equivalent indirect channel role.
- Background in SaaS or B2B technology.
- Clear, warm, and adaptable communication — ability to build genuine relationships with different partner profiles.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple relationships with attention and consistency.
- Business acumen to identify opportunities and advise partners with confidence.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where some processes are still being developed.
- Experience with Freshworks, Monday.com, Intercom, HubSpot, or GoTo is a plus.
- Experience with channel programs in a structuring or expansion phase.
- Intermediate or advanced English (for interaction with global vendors).
