Senior Enterprise Account Manager – Data & AI
PCG DACH
• Pipeline development & lead activation: You own and drive the entire sales cycle independently. This is based on data-driven CRM analyses to selectively activate existing, warm leads from the PCG ecosystem (no hard cold calling). • Sales of our Data & AI portfolio: You strategically support customers in their transformation. You sell our enabling workshops for use-case identification, the construction of modular architectural foundations (AI Foundation including data management, security and FinOps), as well as prebuilt lighthouse use cases. • Maturity assessments & value selling: You analyze the customer’s current situation using structured maturity assessments in order to design sustainable solutions, managed services and appropriate change & adoption concepts. • Deal optimization & partner management: We provide agnostic advice. You leverage your sense for cloud subsidies, incentives and the programs of the major hyperscalers to structure deals optimally from a commercial perspective. • Go-to-market strategy: You bring your market insights directly into the team and actively contribute to the further development of our go-to-market strategy.
Job Requirements
- Experience in enterprise IT sales: You bring solid sales experience in the cloud, data or complex IT space and know how to build long-term trust at C-level.
- Technical understanding: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you understand modern cloud infrastructures and data architectures well enough to confidently deliver complex solutions to customers. The ecosystems of the three major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) are familiar to you; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Doer mentality & AI enthusiasm: You are passionate about AI, have a high personal willingness to learn and enjoy working with people and actively helping to build a new team.
- Communication and pitching skills: You can translate technological concepts into real business value. As our delivery projects and meetings are sometimes international, you pitch confidently in German and English.
- Managed services know-how: Ideally, you have experience selling managed services and supporting sustainable IT implementations.
- Team player with drive: You demonstrate a results orientation and enjoy collaborating with our diverse team.
