Conair

• Account growth strategy — develop promotional plans, expand assortment, and increase in-store presence across assigned retailers • Retailer relationship management — build direct rapport with buyers and category managers; develop joint business plans • Day-to-day execution excellence — manage pricing, promotions, and order flow • Provide regular account updates to leadership and surface risks early for proactive intervention

Job Requirements

  • Revenue ownership — ability to hit sales targets and manage trade spend within budget
  • Broker & partner coordination — ability to orchestrate execution across broker networks
  • Analytical problem-solving — experience using POS and trade data to inform decisions
  • Communication & influence — ability to present plans to buyers, brokers, and leadership
  • Experience in CPG or grocery account management
  • Proven track record of building retailer relationships and developing joint business plans
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
