• Create ongoing learning and development plans for sales representatives and leaders. This includes identifying skill gaps, developing advanced training modules, and ensuring alignment with the full employee lifecycle. • Develop and refine comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members. This involves assessing training needs, creating content, and continuously iterating the program to ensure it aligns with the latest sales strategies and market trends. • Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Role Description This role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home. Job Family Definition: - Develops, implements and deploys process and tools related to calculation of sales commissions. - Ensures accuracy and timeliness of commission payments as outlined in the plan and in accordance to policy. - Calculates commission/incentive award payments to sales employees based on commission plan provisions. - Investigates and resolves commission claims and account reconciliation issues. - Interfaces with other job functions in the preparation of Sales commission reports, using reporting and analytics for presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management.
