• Take ownership of a customer portfolio, predominantly formed of key account renewals or lower complexity schemes. • Gather and document customer requirements, producing detailed designs that address specific customer needs while adhering to best practices. • Design technical solutions that help customers to achieve their overall project goals, ensuring feasibility of requirements can be delivered within our technology. • Configure OneHub to meet customer requirements. • Guide Customers through Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) phase, ensuring seamless communication, addressing feedback, and facilitating a successful and satisfactory testing process. • Self-organise and manage your work schedule throughout the year, ensuring effective future utilisation planning. • Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, spanning internal teams and external parties, to ensure streamlined communications and successful outcomes. • Proactively mitigate risks within the project portfolio, working closely with the Manager to solve issues. • Ensures project collateral and tracking measures are accurate at all times. • Achieve high quality outcomes for your customers, measured against defects raised, timeliness and NPS.

• Directly manages engineers, guides work, estimations and removes blockers. You are the first escalation point. • Works closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to provide guidance and coaching to squad members on technical contributions, product roadmap and other areas. • Provides feedback and helps engineers grow their skills. • Ensures adherence to development methodologies. • Standardise processes (e.g. agile ceremonies, code quality standards), but give squads autonomy for effective delivery. • Tracks tasks, maintains project velocity, and owns squad-level deliverables against the roadmap. • Align teams. Regular sync-ups maintain clarity. • Align on company objectives and measurable outcomes through transparent OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). • Proactively track engineer well-being, spot burnout, and suggest solutions. • Report up to address systemic issues. • Use metrics to track quality and delivery. • Encourage retrospective analysis for continuous improvement. • Recognise milestones and individual contributions to build morale and engagement.

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 20–30 customers as their primary point of contact, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and retention • Build trusted relationships with a range of customer stakeholders, including senior leaders • Lead regular customer check‑ins and internal account health reviews, proactively identifying risks and opportunities • Develop and present insight‑rich performance updates that support customers in maximising platform adoption and achieving long‑term outcomes • Drive customer advocacy by championing feedback internally and ensuring insights (including NPS) lead to tangible improvements • Support customers in aligning the Benifex platform with their broader people, reward, and engagement strategies • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving customer needs in a fast‑paced environment

• Responsible for championing automated testing • Define and run exploratory and automated test cases • Hands-on collaboration with the squad Engineers to refine, design and deliver new Product features • Identify new areas of automation testing to improve quality • Proactively improve processes with a shift-left on quality mindset and approach • Manage quality gates releases in the squad • Contribute to the wider QA strategy, architecture, and tooling across all products to ensure consistency
