• Administrar y mantener bases de datos para garantizar la calidad y disponibilidad de la información. • Procesar y analizar datos para la elaboración de dashboards e indicadores de desempeño. • Diseñar y automatizar tableros de control para el seguimiento de resultados. • Generar reportes semanales y mensuales para diferentes áreas de la organización. • Analizar tendencias, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora dentro de la operación. • Gestionar la calidad de los procesos internos mediante la elaboración de formatos, documentación y control de archivos. • Brindar soporte en auditorías internas y seguimiento a acciones correctivas y preventivas. • Analizar información relacionada con la logística y productividad del personal de campo. • Integrar y analizar información de gastos y recursos para la elaboración de reportes ejecutivos dirigidos al cliente. • Proponer mejoras en procesos basadas en el análisis de datos e indicadores.

Job Requirements

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Psicología con enfoque analítico, Ingeniería o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en análisis y procesamiento de datos.
  • Dominio de Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas y macros).
  • Experiencia en manejo y administración de bases de datos.
  • Deseable experiencia con CRM como Salesforce, HubSpot o similares.
  • Deseable contar con al menos 1 año de experiencia en PSP.
  • Género y edad indistintos.
