• Responsible for installing, qualifying, maintaining, and servicing Repligen products. • Hands-on, field-based role operating across Europe requiring travel for installations, qualifications, training, and troubleshooting. • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). • Deliver customer training on system operation, software, and accessories. • Document service activities, resolutions, and technical updates in CRM and service platforms. • Collaborate with global FSE teams and Field Service Manager to share knowledge and coordinate service efforts. • Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards during service activities.

• Build and support scalable digital experiences aligned to Repligen’s global digital strategy • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, marketers, designers, and business stakeholders • Writes secure, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices • Participate in sprint planning, deployments, QA processes, and peer code reviews • Support ongoing platform optimization, modernization, and technical scalability initiatives • Develop within a Symfony-based DXP platform (primarily Pimcore DXP) to deliver structured, reusable digital experiences • Build and maintain Twig templates, Symfony controllers, Services, models and business logic aligned with MVC principles • Support digital workflows involving PIM, DAM, localization, and enterprise content management patterns • Support structured content initiatives designed for future personalization, AI search, and localization capabilities • Assist in evolving Repligen’s enterprise Pimcore architecture and governance standards • Build and consume REST APIs to support platform interoperability and integrated customer experiences • Develop integrations with third-party systems (as applicable) • Build responsive and accessible interfaces using HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript • Develop interactive components using Vue.js or similar frameworks (preferred, not required) • Develop secure and scalable backend functionality using PHP and Symfony-based patterns • Use Docker for local development and environment consistency • Partner with Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams to support integrated customer experiences
• Support marketing analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals and digital performance objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle, and sales. • Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce, Pardot, and integrated platforms. • Utilize data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to inform campaign performance and strategic decisions. • Stay current with analytics best practices, AI capabilities, and data privacy regulations. • Support compliance with global data privacy standards including CCPA, GDPR, and related regulations. • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms. • Develop standardized reporting templates to track marketing performance, pipeline, and revenue impact. • Analyze campaign performance across channels including web, email, paid media, and lifecycle programs. • Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities using both traditional analytics and AI-assisted analysis.
• Support website and eCommerce content strategies that align with organizational goals and digital marketing initiatives. • Partner with Digital Marketing leadership to support the ongoing optimization and day-to-day operations of the Shopify eCommerce experience. • Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, creative, product, analytics, and operations teams. • Optimize website and eCommerce experiences for SEO, AI search visibility, UI/UX, accessibility, and conversion performance. • Utilize analytics and AI-driven insights to inform content and eCommerce optimization decisions. • Ensure consistency in content structure, product presentation, branding, and overall digital experience standards. • Support ongoing testing and optimization efforts to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. • Stay current with SEO, AI search trends, generative AI tools, UI/UX best practices, and evolving digital experience technologies.
• Drive sales opportunities direct at the customer to meet or exceed sales targets • Develop and execute a territory sales plan in close collaboration with the Director, Sales Central Europe • Drive opportunity funnel development & maintain rigor using a market leading CRM • Sell & negotiate with technical and procurement departments • Develop and maintain existing and new target accounts across the territory in conjunction with the wider commercial organisation • Selling across the entire product portfolio, develop and support customers as they move through the clinical pipeline from lab to commercial scale operations • Provide Manufacturing and Quality operations with information to support forecasting, customer complaint handling and facility audits • Execute all aspects of field sales activity and customer engagement to include: frequent customer site visits; technical presentations; innovation days; quotes preparation & follow up • Attend, manage, and follow-up on all marcom & trade show activities inc. timely lead management
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. • Lead and manage core digital functions including Data & Analytics and CRM Lifecycle & Marketing Automation. • Own performance across SEO, AEO, GEO, and paid media channels including LinkedIn and search platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, IT, marketing, and product teams. • Ensure seamless integration between digital channels, Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. • Leverage data, AI, and predictive insights to optimize performance and decision making. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven marketing capabilities. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and marketing effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and global data privacy standards.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the EMEA market, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies. • Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and messaging. • Plan and execute demand generation programs, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing to support pipeline growth. • Lead regional trade shows, conferences, and customer events, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement. • Develop marketing materials, sales tools, and training programs to support the commercial team. • Work closely with the global marketing team to localize messaging, collateral, and campaigns for the EMEA audience. • Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, tracking performance and optimizing spend to maximize return on investment. • Partner with product management, sales, and corporate marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful regional marketing approach.
• Support the design and development of single-use solutions for the Fluid Management market. • Review customer and internal designs, creating concept-to-final assemblies using standard and custom components. • Collaborate with commercial partners to translate customer requirements into effective product solutions. • Guide raw‑material selection and develop product designs, cost estimates, and customer quotations. • Support product setup and lifecycle management in SAP ERP including Item Masters, BOMs, routings, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). • Maintain technical documentation and participate in occasional travel (<10%) as needed.
