• Use your technical expertise and telecommunications knowledge to help customers unlock the full potential of the products. • Provide support throughout installation, rollout, and integration, ensuring successful implementation in complex network environments. • Act as a technical advisor to the sales team. • Assist in preparing tender responses, answer RFIs and RFQs, and deliver product demonstrations to customers and prospects. • Collaborate with an international team of around 15 experts.
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of large IT and telecommunications network architectures and operations.
- Comfortable working with technologies and protocols such as SNMP, IPv6, Kafka, or similar tools.
- Ability to write small scripts to support technical tasks, automation, or troubleshooting.
- Clear communicator with strong English language skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for on-site customer visits.
