Role Description simpleshow, now D-ID is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive new business growth and expand our enterprise pipeline. In this role, you will identify and engage high-value prospects through a mix of inbound lead conversion and targeted outbound outreach. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll use AI-powered tools and data-driven strategies to qualify leads, create new opportunities, and support Account Executives in moving deals forward. What You'll Do - Drive D-ID’s growth by identifying & qualifying new business opportunities through calls, emails, & social outreach - Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities - Book meetings for Account Executives & follow up with leads until meetings are set - Research target accounts, personalize outreach, & tailor your pitch to different industries & buyer personas - Meet & exceed activity, meeting, & revenue pipeline targets - Effectively use our tech stack: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Orum, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, & more - Master knowledge of simpleshow & D-ID's solutions to speak confidently about them, including our AI-powered Visual Agents & video generation platform Qualifications - Experience in sales or business development (B2B SaaS or tech is a plus) - Great communication skills across speaking, listening, & writing - Proven track record of hitting or exceeding your monthly quotas - Strong cold calling skills, you’re comfortable dialing to engage prospects - Experience crafting personalized outreach that actually gets responses - Strong ability to pick up new technologies, are detail-oriented, & desire to optimize your work with software tools - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing, & evolving environment - Highly motivated, goal-oriented, & comfortable working in a quota-driven role - Competitive nature, coachable, & resilient - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (but we'll consider relevant work experience instead) Requirements - Experience with (or curious to learn) AI-powered tools & automation - Prior experience with sales automation tools (SalesLoft, Gong, Outreach, etc) - B2B SaaS sales or BD experience Benefits - Competitive Earnings: Base salary + uncapped commission + ESOP - Remote work environment + provided MacBook computer, monitor/accessories - Healthcare: Medical, Dental, Vision, plus supplemental coverage options - Retirement: 401k Plan, 4% employer matching ($ for $, immediate vesting) - Time off: 15 days of PTO (+1 additional day for each year you’re with us), generous paid sick time, 8 paid Holidays + 8 paid holidays - Paid parental leave: 12 weeks of company-paid paternity/maternity/adoption leave - Company-paid trips to Miami for sales meetings & team building - Great colleagues, fun culture, including company-paid trips to sunny Miami, FL, for Sales meetings, and other incentives throughout the year!
