Role Description As our Real Estate Project Delivery Project Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and comprehensive oversight for a portfolio of significant design and construction projects. You will be instrumental in delivering projects ranging from large, complex endeavors up to $250 million, to multiple smaller-scale projects that collectively reach this substantial value. - Act as the primary interface with Division Strategy and senior hospital leadership. - Ensure seamless coordination and critical communication regarding capital projects. - Directly responsible for managing project objectives. - Maintain financial control through proactive budget management, accurate cash flow forecasting, and diligent resolution of project risks and contingencies. - Guarantee that all projects are completed with exceptional outcomes in terms of quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. - Possess proven expertise in leading complex real estate design and construction projects. - Demonstrate exceptional financial acumen, including advanced capabilities in budget management, forecasting, and risk mitigation. - Exhibit superior leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Responsible for scheduling and managing the project delivery process for all assigned projects. - Support the project team in establishing scope, schedule, and budget. - Provide internal and external project communications to ensure all team members are advised of project status. - Coordinate between construction team, consultants, and facility operations. - Monitor construction activities to ensure conformance with approved documents and specifications, regulations, codes, standards, and laws applicable to the project. - Develop the project management team, establishing organization and responsibilities matrix at the start of each project. - Manage project reporting related to budget, scope, and schedule issues involved in assigned projects. Qualifications - Bachelors in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and/or equivalent experience required. - 1-3 years of experience in leading project management design and construction projects. - Experience in facilitating project design and construction related meetings and presentations. - Experience in developing conceptual project scope, schedules, and budgets. - Experience with construction processes, building, and life safety codes.

Role Description We're hiring a Project Manager to drive document conversion workstreams inside a major Epic EMR rollout. You'll own Wave Three prep, where roughly 20 source systems are converting to Hyland OnBase and linking into Epic ahead of the November 2026 go-live. You'll also kick off due diligence on the eight (and growing) Wave Four conversions already on deck. This is hands-on project leadership, not a budget seat. If you like running the call, holding vendors accountable, and keeping complex conversion timelines from slipping a single week, you'll feel at home here.
