Role Description The Technical Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of operational improvement and CAPEX projects across the Group. The role is responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of projects, including communication between sites, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, as well as monitoring project progress and maintaining project documentation. The incumbent may also be required to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving productivity, reducing waste, and enhancing operational efficiency across manufacturing operations. This role is fully remote, based in South Africa. Qualifications - Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial). - Added advantage – Project Management certification and/or qualification. Requirements - Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing, engineering, projects, or operational environment. - Exposure to large scale CAPEX project coordination, maintenance planning, or continuous improvement initiatives will be advantageous. - Manufacturing/Food Processing or industrial environment experience is preferred. - Excellent understanding of project management principles. - Good administrative and organisational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Projects, Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to compile reports and track project progress. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability. - Ability to identify and foresee risks and to manage them effectively.
