• Build data tools for warehouse teams: Design, build, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations that give local ops teams clear visibility into key efficiency and quality metrics. • Define operational metrics: Develop and standardize new operational and quality metrics to accurately measure and improve in-warehouse repair performance globally. • Provide ad-hoc analytical support: Act as the go-to analytical partner for Repair Operations, rapidly answering ad-hoc data questions to support real-time decision making. • Monitor trends and flag issues: Proactively monitor operational data trends and surface risks or inefficiencies early to leadership with clear recommendations. • Drive global operational improvement: Use data insights to identify bottlenecks and spearhead initiatives that optimize repair, tool, and space utilization across global warehouses. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, collaborating closely with local operations leaders, frontline mechanics, data scientists, and product managers. • Manage and influence stakeholders: Independently lead presentations and build comprehensive documentation to influence senior operational leaders across multiple geographies.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience driving operational and efficiency improvements through data insights across a large, global operations organization.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, along with advanced data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Mastery of advanced Google Sheets/Excel formulas to manipulate data, build rapid prototypes, and conduct quick ad-hoc analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven comfort level working alongside everyone from frontline warehouse mechanics to data scientists, product managers, and senior leaders.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot anomalies in operational trends and flag emerging issues early to leadership.
  • Optimism and enthusiasm to navigate a fast-paced, scaling environment, balancing real-time operational troubleshooting with long-term data strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related operational field is preferred.
  • Prior experience specifically optimizing warehouse, logistics, or repair/remanufacturing operations is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech or transportation/micro-mobility environment is preferred.
