Role Description When you join RadNet as a Technical Project Manager, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders - patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and milestones. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. - Lead project teams in the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Monitor and control project variables, such as scope, budget, and risks. - Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns. - Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues. - Proactively address and resolve challenges to keep projects on track. - Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed within specified timelines. - Collaborate with team leads to optimize resource utilization. - Implement quality assurance measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. - Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement. - Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within approved financial constraints. - Provide regular budget updates to stakeholders. - Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and other relevant documentation. - Ensure documentation is accessible and organized for reference. - Effectively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. - Communicate changes to stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Information Services or IT projects. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in project management tools and software.
