• Content Optimization: Go beyond copy and design, ensuring each video cut or carousel has a strategic objective and a hypothesis to test. Commission creators to produce content for social channels. • Data Intelligence: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to guide decision-making. • Funnel Strategy: Map the follower journey from discovery to conversion, using social media as a lead-generation engine. • Trends: Identify and monitor business opportunities in trends and new formats, implementing continuous tests to maximize results. • Multichannel Vision: Collaborate with other teams to ensure social media is aligned with the school’s major marketing campaigns.
• Collect, organize and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, digital media, market research, sales data, etc.); • Develop dashboards and periodic reports to track marketing and sales KPIs; • Generate strategic insights to support campaign decisions, customer segmentation and prioritization of commercial opportunities; • Conduct sales funnel analyses, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement; • Evaluate campaign performance (ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion) and recommend optimizations; • Support strategic planning with market, competitor and trend analyses; • Work closely with marketing, sales, product and BI teams to ensure data consistency and quality; • Present results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders;

• Criar soluções visuais de alto padrão de qualidade, que aderem à estratégia de marketing e comunicação e aos objetivos do negócio; • Elaborar e desdobrar projetos de naming, marcas, identidades visuais, websites, conceito de peças gráficas para cursos, portal, redes sociais e projetos especiais; • Executar o desdobramento do conceito do projeto proposto, através de soluções criativas e funcionais, alinhadas às diretrizes da marca; • Realizar o planejamento de tarefas do projeto, garantindo o alinhamento diário de cronogramas e prazos perante à gestão direta; • Apoiar a implementação de novas tecnologias e tendências de comunicação, propondo internamente as melhores práticas do setor a fim de maximizar a eficiência no processo de criação; • Apoiar e/ou realizar pesquisas e entrevistas prévias, afim de ampliar o conhecimento sobre perfil e linguagem do projeto a ser desenvolvido; • Elaborar a documentação dos processos de sua responsabilidade.
• Atuar no desenvolvimento de funcionalidades end-to-end, desde a concepção até o deploy e a sustentação em produção; • Contribuir tecnicamente com o squad, promovendo boas práticas de engenharia, qualidade de código, performance e escalabilidade; • Colaborar de forma próxima com Product Managers e Product Designers para construir soluções que resolvam problemas reais dos usuários; • Participar das discussões e definições de arquitetura, propondo soluções técnicas alinhadas ao contexto e às necessidades do produto; • Identificar e sinalizar débitos técnicos, ajudando a priorizá-los junto ao time; • Garantir que as implementações estejam alinhadas aos padrões técnicos e objetivos do produto; • Trabalhar em um ambiente ágil, com entregas iterativas e ciclos curtos de feedback; • Apoiar e mentorar engenheiros mais juniores, elevando o nível técnico do time.
• Create and prototype new features and products together with multidisciplinary teams (designers, instructors, and course managers), with autonomy to build ideas and not just execute tasks; • Develop and maintain responsive, accessible front-end interfaces for Fluency Academy products, following clean code standards and UX best practices; • Identify and fix UI bugs, proposing usability and performance improvements to ensure the best possible experience for our students; • Ensure all delivered code is clean, functional, properly versioned, and aligned with project goals; • Participate in code reviews, contributing to the team's ongoing technical quality improvement;
