Account Manager – Insurance Sales
Novacore
• Visit 4 potential new agents / current agents a day. • Total of 3 days a week. • Retain continuous awareness of connections, sales & terms and keep relative records within Salesforce. • Follow up and maintain existing relationships, while continuing to nourish new relationships. • Identify cross-sell opportunities for other lines of insurance.
Job Requirements
- P&C license not required, but highly preferred.
- Previous retail or wholesale experience.
- Detail oriented with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to support multiple individuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and possess great time management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel (Travel requirements will lessen over time once acclimated and relationships are built).
