• Manage relationships with merchants, PSPs, and business partners. • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. • Support merchant onboarding and account activation processes. • Coordinate with compliance, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues. • Maintain regular communication with clients and partners. • Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for growth. • Support business development initiatives and partnership expansion efforts. • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
- Fluent Russian and English (mandatory).
- Experience in Payments, PSP, iGaming, Fintech, Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Comfortable working remotely and across different time zones.
- Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with PSPs, payment gateways, merchants acquiring businesses, iGaming operators, affiliate networks, or related industries is highly preferred.

Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales and/or business development. - Minimum 2 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to IT and/or operational decision-makers. - Knowledge of Microsoft tools and Salesforce. - Fluency in both Danish and English, with other Nordic languages a plus. - Higher education degree. Understanding of the Nordic Life Science market is a plus.
