Junior Payment Account Manager
SOFTSWISS
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders on the client side. • Understand client business models, operational processes, and payment-related needs. • Monitor and forecast key payment performance metrics. • Create development plans for assigned clients. • Collaborate with PSP Business Development, Technical teams, Business Account Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and drive successful outcomes. • Communicate client requirements and feedback to internal teams. • Identify opportunities to improve account management processes and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.
Job Requirements
- Experience in client-facing roles involving relationship management, account management, or customer success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- Russian native-level proficiency.
- Good understanding of the IT industry and key business processes.
- Strong time management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Payment Service Provider (PSP) environments (nice to have).
- Previous account management experience (nice to have).
- Familiarity with the Gambling or iGaming industry (nice to have).
- Basic understanding of platform functionality and knowledge of Devcode (nice to have).
