• Prospect, qualify, and close new business for CMMC readiness, remediation, and Microsoft 365 GCC/GCC High and Azure implementation projects. • Sell and expand managed services (MSP/MSSP) contracts and Microsoft licensing, including recurring services aligned to CMMC and ongoing compliance requirements. • Focus on regulated segments including government contractors, Healthcare, Manufacturing, AEC, and Financial services. • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and scoping through proposal, negotiation, and close. • Leverage and grow a network of Microsoft field sellers and partner teams to generate pipeline. • Maintain an accurate, well-structured pipeline and forecast using Autotask (or similar PSA/CRM).
Job Requirements
- 5–7+ years of quota-carrying B2B technology sales experience
- Proven hunter profile with a track record of generating and closing new-logo business; comfortable in a 70% hunting / 30% account management model.
- Experience selling into government contractors and commercial regulated customers (Healthcare, Manufacturing, AEC, Financial services) with security and compliance–driven initiatives.
- Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, and Microsoft 365 GCC/GCC High.
- Experience working for or with an MSP/MSSP and using platforms such as Autotask or similar PSAs/CRMs.
- Established or developable relationships with Microsoft field sellers, PDMs, or CSAs, and experience participating in co-sell motions.
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, and scoping skills; able to collaborate effectively with technical and delivery teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, comfortable presenting to C-level and technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and consistently meet or exceed quota.

Role Description The Google Cloud Infrastructure Practice Architect II is a key leadership position within TEKsystems Global Services, responsible for designing, developing, and leading the implementation of sophisticated Cloud Infrastructure solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for major clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with robust experience in architecting and delivering enterprise-grade Cloud Infrastructure systems. The Practice Architect II will provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with client business objectives and TEKsystems' quality standards. A significant aspect of this role involves translating complex business challenges into effective technical solutions using a variety of GCP services. The incumbent will also play a crucial role in practice development, contributing to the creation of intellectual property (IP), mentoring junior team members, and supporting pre-sales activities.
