• Own the product roadmap across Ditto's three deployment models (SaaS, BYOC, Self-Managed), ensuring a coherent and well-differentiated user journey for each • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their infrastructure environments, deployment constraints, security requirements, and operational expectations, and translate those into clear product requirements • Work closely with GTM and field teams to support active and prospective deployments, providing product-level guidance on deployment architecture, configuration, and tradeoffs • Define and maintain the product backlog for cloud infrastructure and platform, prioritizing work that improves deployment experience, operational reliability, and customer self-sufficiency • Develop deep expertise in customer deployment patterns across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including government and restricted cloud environments, and understand the operational requirements those environments impose • Partner with engineering to deliver platform capabilities that reduce deployment friction, improve observability, and enable customers to run Ditto reliably at scale • Collaborate with security, compliance, and enterprise sales teams to support customers operating in regulated or restricted environments • Serve as the internal expert on deployment topology and cloud infrastructure, educating field teams and customers on Ditto's capabilities, limitations, and best practices across deployment models • Define success metrics for deployment experience and operational health, and track progress against them • Represent customer and field feedback internally to influence platform architecture and infrastructure priorities

Role Description The Google Cloud Infrastructure Practice Architect II is a key leadership position within TEKsystems Global Services, responsible for designing, developing, and leading the implementation of sophisticated Cloud Infrastructure solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for major clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with robust experience in architecting and delivering enterprise-grade Cloud Infrastructure systems. The Practice Architect II will provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with client business objectives and TEKsystems' quality standards. A significant aspect of this role involves translating complex business challenges into effective technical solutions using a variety of GCP services. The incumbent will also play a crucial role in practice development, contributing to the creation of intellectual property (IP), mentoring junior team members, and supporting pre-sales activities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent, relevant experience. - A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a strong emphasis on cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, cloud operations, and infrastructure modernization. - At least 5–7+ years of direct, hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform. - A minimum of 2–3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, leading cloud transformation initiatives, infrastructure modernization programs, or platform engineering teams. - Demonstrated experience with the complete lifecycle of Infrastructure projects on GCP, from initial requirements gathering and PoC development through to production deployment, monitoring, and optimization. - Proven experience architecting and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation frameworks using Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure lifecycle management practices. - Strong client-facing experience, including presenting technical solutions, participating in workshops, and effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders. - Extensive experience architecting and implementing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform. - At least 1 year of experience in Generative AI using Hyperscalers, employing techniques such as RAG, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, and AI Infrastructure. - Active Google Cloud Professional Certification is highly preferred (Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Network Engineer and/or Professional Cloud Security Engineer).
